Corporate Woods 2016 Year in Review

2016 was a fantastic year at Corporate Woods. We welcomed new tenants to our community, hosted a number of public events, and celebrated everyone who makes the office park a special place to be. Here’s a look back at some of our favorite moments from the past year.

5k Races

We hosted several races throughout the year: Noah’s Crown Town 5K, Outpacing Melanoma 5K, Mother’s Day 5K, Super Hero 5K, Diva Dash 5K, Head for the Cure, Paulina Cooper Dot-to-Dot Run, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and the Gobbler Grind Marathon! Stay tuned to our website for next year’s race schedule!

Tenant Branching Out Networking EXPO

In April, we hosted a networking event where our tenants had a chance to meet each other and find ways to collaborate. This event is open to the public so it was a great opportunity for many of our tenants to gain some free exposure. We will announce details for 2017’s event soon!

SoJo Summerfest

Every summer, 30,000 people flock to Corporate Woods for Jazz in the Woods, a live-music festival and charity fundraiser put on by the Overland Park South Rotary Club. This year, the event was renamed SoJo Summerfest and was a fun time for everyone. We hear there are big plans in the work for next summer’s event!
